Job Description

:
To implement the Digital Acquisition Strategy to enable the organization in its objective of being leader in the space of digitization by creation and use of multiple digital tools and platforms. The incumbent will work to ensure that various partners onboarded are integrated with our systems in minimum time with high ease of transaction.
Distribution: How we create specific distribution models to penetrate different market segments remains a challenge.
Key Challenges for the role -

  • The company's offering is highly technology enabled. In keeping with this the objective is also to digitize the sales process and be recognized for highest digitization of sales process. Therefore, it is extremely important that the digital tools and applications are user friendly and customer friendly.
  • There are a plethora of digital tools being used in the organization across teams. It is important to have an integrated strategy and therefore interfaces to provide a one-stop solution.
  • Co-ordinating requirements of different teams and interest groups involves constantly changing requirements. This constant change needs to be incorporated in the evolution of the strategy without effecting Time to Market for these tools.

Implementing Digital Acquisition Strategy * Collaborate with Business partners - channel heads and understand their requirements and opportunities
Launching products on Online Platform * Ensure that the project launch plans are executed flawlessly within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate with Vendors on a regular basis to get the external perspective and align the projects from time to time.
Ensuring adoption of Digital Acquisition Strategy and New Initiatives for both Internal and External Customers * Leverage technology to significantly enhance simplicity & effectiveness of organisational processes resulting in higher value to the customers, employees, partners and organisation.
  • Monitor and drive adoption rates in partnership with the sales channel
  • Sales fulfillment through handheld devices like TAB - track usage and resolve any challenges in usage and adoption of the same.
Worksite Management * Building strategy and designing module for launching worksite management
  • Interacting with Vendor and Internal stakeholders to ensure capture and flow of leads as per desired flow
Project management * Collaborate with business teams to identify new opportunity areas to improve automation and identification of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Collaboration with various functional teams to ensure timely execution of these projects
  • Coordinate with Vendors on a regular basis to get the external perspective and align the projects from time to time.
Interface with Channel Partners for integration of systems and smooth launch. * Collaborate with the partners (including web aggregators) to understand their system requirements to integrate, initiate and improve the process flow - simplify ease of usage and speed to access.
  • Collaborate with the vendors and internal teams to design and implement digital process to deliver required deliverables within desired timelines.
