What You'll be Doing
Do you have a passion for leading, mentoring and coaching? Looking for an opportunity where you'll bring your analytical skills to the table and provide recommendations to improve processes? You'll lead the team that provides value added services by generating and analyzing operations and financial reporting. You'll also be responsible for supporting the team that provides business evaluation, process development, business analysis, business modeling and report development. You're an instrumental part in creating and maintaining a positive work environment for your team, ensuring we meet client requests and needs and acknowledge a job well done.

You'll report to the Senior Manager, Reporting and Analytics. We're looking for a leader to Act as one, as you'll encourage and motivate your team with their reporting and analysis to support the business.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Work with the team to deliver timely and accurate associate level performance, efficiency, and reliability reporting at the enterprise level
• Ensure the team maintains and delivers enterprise performance reports/dashboards
• Maintain database records and perform routine audits of data validating proper site, client, and project relationships
• Build and develop reports both proactively and in response to business need to improve operational efficiencies
• Develop and maintain center operations data solutions that utilize IEX, Qualtrics, Tableau, Genesys, GI2, SQL Server and other data management and Business Intelligence tools
• Provide insights and analytics to help operations in improving processes, productivity and efficiency key performance indicators

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 + years call center or outsourcing experience
• Continuously promote a performance-driven culture and always work towards reaching for amazing
• Reporting experience
• Advanced skill in Excel and other MS Office applications
• Must be able to work in a flexible shift
• Business Intelligence Platform Administration (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) experience
