This role will report to the Director of Customer Support Operations, and will have experience deriving actionable insights from multiple data sources and building data visualizations to communicate learnings to management. The Reporting Analyst Manager will also function as an individual contributor working alongside the Data Analyst that will report to them to drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports to gain a better sense of the current shortcomings in reporting technology and devise solutions to enhance data accuracy and data integrity. The Reporting Analyst Manager will also be responsible for working with the Business Intelligence team to build algorithms around proactive health monitoring and other analytics that help us streamline resolution or identify trends. These algorithms will be used to help monitor real customer sentiment through language and patterns that indicate customer temperament.
