This role will report to the Director of Customer Support Operations, and will have experience deriving actionable insights from multiple data sources and building data visualizations to communicate learnings to management. The Reporting Analyst Manager will also function as an individual contributor working alongside the Data Analyst that will report to them to drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports to gain a better sense of the current shortcomings in reporting technology and devise solutions to enhance data accuracy and data integrity. The Reporting Analyst Manager will also be responsible for working with the Business Intelligence team to build algorithms around proactive health monitoring and other analytics that help us streamline resolution or identify trends. These algorithms will be used to help monitor real customer sentiment through language and patterns that indicate customer temperament.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the health and progress of Software releases to identify anomalies and hot spots with respect to product quality
  • Coordinates with Engineering teams to build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms for proactive health monitoring
  • Analyzing large data sets for trends and usable information
  • Creating reports and presentations for business uses
  • Define, clean & restructure foundational data/hierarchy and reports and dashboards to support accurate reporting
  • Responsible for the development of reports for Deep Dive analysis for each Line of Business (LOB) to optimize performance and productivity
  • Coordinates with other business partners like Data Analytics, Engineering, Sales, Product Management and other Support and Services business managers on data correlation to find actionable results
Skill Requirements
  • Exceptional Excel workbook experience and functions. Particularly regarding efficient creation and maintenance of linked sheets, name ranges and workbook/sheet protection concepts, VBA
  • 8+ years of experience in an analytical role within Customer Support, ENG, Business Intelligence or similar functional area
  • Expert with Excel. Must be proficient with advanced analytic function
  • Strong experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and data frameworks
  • Strong and effective ability to correlate and examine large quantities of data and derive key insights to help drive good business outcomes and decisions
  • Proven experience as an a Manager in a Reporting role or environment
  • Experience in data mining
  • Expert knowledge of SQL
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce; Service Cloud and Sales Cloud required
  • Strong analytical mind and business acumen
  • Strong math skills (e.g. statistics)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, high stress environment
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills; creativity and innovation in problem-solving and decision making
Educational Experience
  • B.E or B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant field; graduate or Post graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred
