Manager - RecruitmentWe seek an experienced and results-driven Recruiting Manager to lead, mentor, and drive exceptional performance from a team of recruiters dedicated to sourcing top talent for system integrator and implementation partner accounts within the US staffing and recruiting industry. The ideal candidate possesses a keen understanding of this niche talent market, along with expertise in managing recruitment processes specifically tailored to US compliance and regulations. You will be accountable for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates, exceeding client expectations, and optimizing team efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Development:- Manage a team of recruiters focused on system integrator and implementation partner accounts.- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management, fostering a high-achievement culture.Talent Acquisition Strategy:- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top candidates for niche roles within system integrators and implementation partners in the US market.- Maintain a focus on meeting US-specific requirements.Recruitment Process Management:- Oversee the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring efficiency, adherence to US compliance (tax terms, visas, etc.), and an outstanding candidate experience.- Optimize workflow, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve processes.Accountability for Delivery:- Assume ownership for meeting and exceeding recruitment targets for these specialized accounts.- Develop contingency plans for challenging requisitions, ensuring timely client fulfillment.Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.Client Collaboration:Build strong rapport with Account Managers and hiring teams within system integrator and implementation partners, proactively understanding their talent needs and exceeding expectations.Industry Expertise:Stay abreast of US staffing and recruiting trends, technology advancements, and niche skill sets relevant to system integrators and implementation partners.Global Collaboration:Work effectively with various stakeholders both locally (India) and globally, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.Qualifications:- Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting management experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for technical or niche talent profiles.- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates for system integrator and implementation partner roles ideally within the US staffing and recruiting landscape.Compliance Expertise: Strong understanding of US staffing and recruiting regulations, including tax terms, visas, and other compliance requirements.Leadership Acumen: Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve exceptional performance.Strategic Mindset: Comfortable translating client requirements into effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.Data Analytics Skills: Proficiency in utilizing recruiting metrics and data to drive performance improvements and optimization.Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to build relationships with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.- Bachelor\'s/PG degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldWork Location:This position requires 100% on-site work, preferably from Bangalore, India. The possibility of Noida, India may be considered for the right candidate.
