Your Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Controls, Maintenance & Improvement

• Define the quality control protocols and mechanisms to drive continuous quality improvement in all functions
• Oversee the end-to-end management and implementation of the quality controls and review mechanisms; Proactively flag risks and offer recommendations on how to solve them
• Improving quality of work at site, minimize rework and demonstrate continuous quality index improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Operations, and Customer Centricity etc.) to understand product quality feedback and serviceability issues
• Conduct periodic QA training and awareness sessions for staff

Compliance, Audits and Reporting Adherence

• Ensure rigorous compliance to quality protocols and processes with all stake holders.
• Conduct periodic review of contractors/vendors in terms of processes/works delivered
• Ensure documentation and reporting for monthly, quarterly & annual quality reports, quality logs, compliance

Position Requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelors (or Masters) in Civil with 8-15 years of relevant experience with reputed developers in real estate industry
• Certification/Diplomas from reputed institutes on additional education also preferred

Experience:

• Demonstrated track record of working in setting-up Quality department or good exposure to project execution
• Experience of working in a real estate, developer or construction market is a plus

Critical Skills:

• Good understanding of RCC, Infra, Finishing, MEP, construction materials and quality frameworks in real estate/construction
• Strong project management skills
• Collaborative work style - required to work with individuals across levels, functions and business
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
• Drive to make an impact
