Department: Quality Designation: Manager - Quality Education Qualification: Graduate in Electronics/Electrical. Experience: 12 Years. Industry: Mobile Manufacturing, EMS Industry, Electronics MFG Industry. Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferable). : Drive Manufacturing Quality Metrics like, FPY/FTY, Line rejections, OOB, etc. Process/Product Quality Inspection. Prepare Sampling plan, Inspection checklist and drive Process & Product Quality audits. Closely work with EMS Partner, ODM`s and Local Suppliers for Quality improvements. Systematic Root cause analysis. Drive 8D, CAPA and effective closures. No Customer complaints due to Quality issue. Work closely with CFT teams and drive the improvements/Action Plan. Drive NPI Quality and meeting each Tollgate Quality metrics. QMS / EMS Improvements. Competencies for the Role: Six Sigma DMAIC Knowledge. Strong knowledge on QC Tools (8D, Kaizen, Q7 Tools, etc.,) Strong Problem-solving skills Knowledge on Process & Product Quality audit Statistical Process control Process FMEA Strong team player Able to drive cross functional teams for problem solving and improvements Certified Internal auditor for ISO 9001/ISO 14001 (Preferable).
