Responsible for the Quality Excellence to have customer satisfaction. Ensure the products and services meet the desired specification, regulations and acceptable standards. Formulate and direct the quality assurance program and policies and strive to bring the highest customer satisfaction
To establish & maintain a sustainable Quality setup which delivers High Quality Products on -time & in shortest lead time, at the lowest cost, in respect of Safety, Health & Environment guidelines.
Responsible of the Test & Packing Process performance
Quality Management System Implementation
Plan and conduct periodic product and process audits and ensure actions on non-compliance
Product and process quality
Set and execute all quality targets and metrics to meet the product quality standards.
Ensure that receipt inspection plans are in place and followed
Ensure product and process control plans are in place and adhered to
Final decision on GO / No Go on product acceptance
Plan and execute product audit and layout inspection
Monitoring and reporting of quality measures
Training on Quality related tools & Techniques
Ensure that trainings are scheduled and working groups are trained / have adequate knowledge on relevant tools and techniques
Incoming quality improvement process
Manage supplier quality monitoring
Initiates corrective actions necessary at supplier to ensure conformity with quality specifications and standards
Customer quality and customer complaints resolution & customer satisfaction
Interact & capture vital issues and collaborate with production team for implementation
