KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

System Certification - ISO/IATF 16949:

• Ensuring adherence to quality standards & system management for ISO/IATF 16949 & maintaining all related documents for Bhandup / Nasik / Halol Nagpur / Chennai Plant along with Support functions like HR / CSD / Marketing / SCM / Zonal offices
• Planning and conducting internal / External assessment of CMS and ISO/IATF 16949 across all Plants and Zonal offices along with support functions
• Handle External IATF audits / OEM audits for all plants / all Functions.
• Revision of mandatory process like PFMEA / MSA / SPC / Change Management as per relevant revision by IATF and learning from customer inputs
• Plan & execute training related Quality tools like - PFMEA / DFMEA / MSA / SPC / APQP / VDA

• Facilitate QCM & overall QA related meetings
• Preparation of Deming related documents for End to end QA , facilitate overall QA for Grand Deming readiness - DTQMP writing / report preparation / action planning
• Maintain & circulate overall QA MIS - Quality status report / COQ / COPQ
• Maintenance & development of Digital system for Change Management / Complaint Management / Document Management etc
