Position Objective:
Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will be responsible for promoting a quality mindset across the entire organization as also for managing all QA functions, working with cross-departmental leadership to deliver high-quality projects/ services. He will establish and maintain a quality system to ensure a company\xe2\x80\x99s facilities, equipment, personnel, methods, processes, and procedures conform to both international guidelines and regulatory standards. He will lead the development, implementation, maintenance, improvement of the QA System, and processes to inculcate QA culture throughout the organization. Location and Travel: This role is based in Patna Key Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for defining QA strategy, approach and execution in projects.
• Responsible for leading and directing the QA team as also provide technical expertise.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Ensuring that the project teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as defined.
• Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate tools & techniques.
• Building and maintenance of quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standards. Monitoring of all the QA activities ie inspection, audit and root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement as also implement steps required to improve the processes.
• Gather and present QA metrics and QA activities for the projects to key stakeholders.
• Ensure the proper usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit of the QA effort. This includes testing tools for functional, performance.
• Manage training and continuous learning of QA staff by means of short courses, conferences, meetups, certifications, etc.
• Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams.
• Direct the development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework.
• Work with QA Managers, Project Managers to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality goals.
• MIS Preparation and ISO documentation to prepare the Various Quality Reports and maintain the activity of Document Control as per the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

Key Responsibilities Area:

• QA Management experience across multiple projects at MW scale in the solar industry.
• Be a strong leader with experience in implementing and shaping the company\xe2\x80\x99s QA processes and strategies.
• Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
• Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly.
• Be an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, and industry-recognized best practices.

Qualifications
Requirements:
1. Certified Courses in QMS.
2. Minimum 8+ years experience in EPC Quality Assurance profile. Education:
1. B.Tech/ M. Tech \xe2\x80\x93 any specialization.

Salary: Minimum salary for this role is INR 6 LPA.
