Job Description
B.Tech having 7-10 years of exp in QA/Std. Room of Auto/Bicycle/Tractor Parts mfg. unit and minimum 2 years as Assitant Manager-QA and final inspection;expert in ISO documentation,QC Tools, MSA,Why-Why,Root Cause Analysis,Calibration at Shop Floor.
1. Min Educational Qualification - Bachelors Degree 2. Min Work Experience - 7 years, with at least 2 years experience as an assistant manager or higher post (in bicycle, automotive, agriculture, or similar engineering industries) 3. Should have good knowledge about measuring instruments, gauges, Callibration and quality management systems 4. Should have good knowledge about ISO systems 5. Should have an analytical mind and knowledge about QC tools for problem solving 6. Should have the drive to work on the shop floor for process and product improvement 7. Should have good knowledge about measurement systems for various items 8. It will not be an office sitting job. The person will have to be actively involved at the shop floor level 9. Salary range - 28000 to 34000 per month CTC
