Exp 6 to 10yrs Min 5 yrs exp in recruitment Min 2yrs exp in electronic manufacturing industry Qualification MBA from Tier1 institute
The talent acquisition team within a company is responsible for finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring prospective candidates to fill roles that are required to meet company hiring goals and fill project-based skill requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop end to end recruitment strategies and set expectations around processes and timelines
• Enhances multiple recruitment-related relationships with hiring managers/team leads, internal and external candidates, vendors, campuses and other external sources in conducting recruiting activities.
• Effectively using personal network, job portals and employee referrals to close the position.
• Manage all coordination for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Ensures all candidate data is entered in the recruitment system in accordance to the policy.
• Enable the closure process: salary negotiation, resignation, notice period management
• Partners with cross-disciplinary teams to develop companywide hiring plans that include volume, skills sets and geography.
• Manages mid-to-large scale global projects and initiatives within Global Talent Acquisition (University recruitment, marketing, compliance, diversity, etc.)
• Establishes strategic partnerships with managers and department leaders to understand position needs and act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager.
• Provides value-added recruiting-related advice to influence talent decisions for managers and department leaders.
• Managing and coaching team

• In-depth knowledge of candidates sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates with experience in full cycle recruitment.

• Data Management skills
• Excellent communication skills
