Role description A Position Overview Position Title Manager - PMO Department FPA Level / Band Manager Role Summary: We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a PMO Manager. The responsibilities of the PMO Manager include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs. B Organizational Relationships Reports to SM/AVP Supervises Executive C Job Dimensions Geographic Area Covered Pan India Stakeholders Internal FPA, IT, Product Team, Risk Team External TBD D Key Result Areas .Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and drive projects. .Adept in planning, project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables. Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation .Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company\'s standards. .Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. .Accurately documenting the project\'s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project\'s scope, budget, and justification. E Skills Required Technical .Expert in MS Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint & Power BI. .Familiarity with IFRS, ERP tools and project management tools like MS Projects, Jira etc. .PMO certifications like Prince2, PMP etc. Behavioral Essential Desired Interpersonal skills .
