Job is only for Expert!!Netzila Technologies is looking for a Project Manager /Project Coordinator fresher who's passionate about their work.Only Female candidates. : We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee all the project operations from inception to execution. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines, and supervising team members.Responsibilities and Duties: Team Handling experience -
- We expect the hired person to handle the team and ensure that everyone in the team is delivering the projects
- Handle individual projects and Deliverables
- Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project.
- Able to code with team in a problem
- Review / Improve upon current processes
- Should ensure whole team is following same coding standards.
- Training the team to deliver the projects
- Self-ownership for management of work
- Weekly status and monthly status reporting to CEO of the company
- Create project plans with relevant team members
- Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed
- Maintain the project budget.
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
- Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.
