Job Title - Business Development Manager Admixtures
Department - Project Sales
Reporting to - Senior Manager
CTC - Up to 30 LPA
Location - Mumbai
Job Purpose :
- Business Development, Sales, and building distributor network for Asian Paints Admixtures range of products in B2B/projects segment and Drive the numbers with support from the team in Karnataka region.
Business Responsibility Areas :
- Deliver the planned sale value for Admixture for Karnataka geographies
a. Value deliveries from key RMCs, top developers, Govt accounts & infra projects along with the SEs
b. Work with Sales Engineers to ensure they have a healthy pipeline of potential customers month on month
c. Drive conversion of large accounts along with the SEs and Building relationships with the top decision-makers in the Govt/Infra/RMC/Builders/CCC companies etc.
d. Monitor the throughput of Concrete Technologists and work with marketing to improve the same.
e. Integrate with the specifications team, Govt team & technical teams to get approvals done in high-impact accounts as identified in the field and troubleshooting.
f. Team handling, helping with the recruitment process for new joiners, and ensuring they are made productive asap through effective induction.
g. Sales planning, forecasting, and ensuring payment collections.
Previous Experience :
Essential : experience in project sales - Construction Chemicals/building material/cement.
Travel : Extensive traveling
