Job Profile:
- An ideal candidate would have a good network of Interior Designers, Architects & Builders to meet Project Sales (Hotels, Residential Projects etc.) requirements.
- Keep key customers and influencers informed of all new collections in store
- Assisted by the HO marketing team, identify new channels for sales- institutional, hospitality, etc.
- Unrestricted by geography- will be encouraged to develop customer base.
- Networking, Developing and expanding database of Architects, Interior Decorators and Builders.
- Shall be responsible to generate Revenue through Project Sales.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and cultivate a long term customer relationship.
- Analysing and interpreting market, industry and competitor trends to facilitate Marketing and sales planning.
- Target driven sales for the store through efficient store operations, customer service delivery and adherence to company norms.
- Implementation of the sales development & promotional activities as per the plan.
- Monitor all point of sales activities in the store including sales transactions, tracking payments, maintaining inventory updates(stock taking), handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback.
- Awareness of current market trends in the Home fabrics sector
Requirement: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Project Sales (Architects, Interior Decorators and Builders, furniture, home furnishing and other creative industries)
Qualification: Graduate/Dip/MBA
