Job Summary :

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Finance Manager to work for a Global organisation in the Energy/Wind sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, project finance, and effective coordination with lenders and credit rating agencies.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and Maintain Financial Models :

- Create and update financial models to facilitate strategic decision-making.

- Analyze financial data, trends, and projections to provide insights and recommendations.

- Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial models for effective business planning.

- Budgeting and Financial Planning & Analysis :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage budgets.

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to optimize resource allocation.

- Prepare periodic reports on budget vs actual performance.

- Project Finance :

- Lead project finance initiatives, including sourcing and structuring funding.

- Evaluate the financial viability of projects and propose financing options.

- Manage relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.

- Financial Modelling :

- Develop and enhance financial models to assess various scenarios.

- Implement best practices for financial modelling and analysis.

- Coordinating with Lenders and Credit Rating Agencies :

- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with lenders.

- Address lenders\' requirements and provide necessary financial information.

- Coordinate with credit rating agencies to ensure compliance with rating criteria.

- Stakeholder Communication :

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align financial strategies.

- Ensure transparency in financial reporting and compliance.

- Skills and Qualifications :

- Qualified CA with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in project finance or related roles.

- Relevant experience in Wind or Solar sector is highly preferred.

- Expertise in MS Excel for complex financial modelling and analysis.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with lenders and stakeholders.

- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Proactive approach to address challenges and find solutions.

- Efficient organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
