Finance Transformation is looking for a Project Manager (Level K) to support the Finance Transformation activities going on within the Finance Org and is being offered in the Bengaluru, India. This role will be responsible for managing the relationship for Finance with TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) and leading high visibility projects related to Finance Transformation. This is a great opportunity to drive lasting change in the Finance Organization. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage partnership and relationship with TCS to ensure overall program deliverables are met at cost and on schedule.
  • Support all TCS onboarding efforts during ramp-up and manage processes into sustainment. Responsible for implementing and proposing new process improvements to support management of TCS resources.
  • Responsible for managing Finance Transformation efforts across the Boeing India functional teams (HR, IT&DA, Supply Chain, Indirect Supply Chain and others)
  • Monitor and support resolution of TCS\xe2\x80\x99s performance to its service level agreements.
  • Assist in coordinating change requests and new statement of work with TCS
  • Develops & leads overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry
  • Works to improve project management processes that support project decision makers.
  • May lead others and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
  • Provides reports, project status and change information to project team per established processes and communicates plan changes and recovery plans to others
  • Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
  • Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrates project data for decision makers.
  • Integrates key project deliverables across multiple functions and sub-teams.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • 5 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience in a role requiring project management skills.
  • 5 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
  • 2 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience working with suppliers deliverables and relationships
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor\'s degree.
  • Experience in standing up and defining Boeing Project or Program management standards.
  • Experience working across organizations to accomplish project tasks.
  • Ability to translate leadership vision into actionable steps, gain leadership buyoff, and execute plan with project team.
  • Experience delivering results in an organization with competing projects and team resources.
  • Experience working with organizational change initiatives and/or implementation of enterprise level processes and process improvements.
  • Experience in managing purchased services agreements in India
