Amazon\'s Retail Business Services (RBS) team is looking for a Senior Manager, Program Management, to deliver defect free catalog for worldwide private brands. In this role you will be responsible to lead and manage a team of business-Tech-ops across multiple product categories and geographies and partner with cross functional tech-product teams to Deliver 100% catalog data correctness and completeness. You will partner with Private brands leadership, tech and data science team for 1) establishing global standards for catalog in order to deliver error-free ASINs at creation rather than fixing errors later 2) set up the rules to identify catalog defects, 3) develop catalog reporting decks for PB leadership consumption, 4) develop catalog remediation workflows tools and reporting to support catalog remediation at scale. You will introduce capabilities to provide (a) visibility to end-to-end catalog propagation workflow, (b) visibility to defects caused by non-authorized changes and (c) Visibility of further automation capabilities. You will lead the RBS team owning the catalog remediation operations. In particular, (1) Guide team to operate remediation SOPs and set up periodic internal operational reporting to internal and external stakeholders (2) build and implement mechanisms to help streamline and standardize remediation operations (3) Promotes knowledge sharing across Worldwide brands with in Amazon and lead continuous improvement initiatives. A successful candidate will be an exceptional strategic thinker and will have exposure to customer experience improvement. Key job responsibilities 1) To establish global standards for worldwide private brands catalog in order to deliver error-free ASINs at creation rather than fixing errors later. 2) To develop programmatic solutions to standardize the way we create and maintain compelling detail pages that display brand specific appealing content relevant to the brand/sub-category/product type. 3) To Deliver catalog data correctness and completeness. 4) To leverage best practices followed by the central Item data quality and catalog teams to avoid duplication of work in building tools and processes to solve root causes. 5) Develop trust-based relationships with program\'s key stakeholders. 6) Help define the program strategies, develop program roadmap, and organize work steams and milestones gain buy-in and interlock across functional and regional leaders. 7) Manage timely and successful delivery of the program, working with program\'s product owners and cross-functional teams to manage risks, and measure and report on progress. 8) Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, manage escalations, balance trade-offs, and resolve complex execution and operational issues. 9) Provide ad-hoc support and analysis to senior leaders on strategy documents and research requests.
