We are looking for an experienced Manager Production (Formulation) to join our team at Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd. in Samba, Jammu and Kashmir, India. As the Manager Production (Formulation), you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes of our pharmaceutical products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in formulation production
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements

• Manage and oversee the production processes of pharmaceutical products(Tablets and Capsules)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
