Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Manager - Planning & Contract Manufacturing to join our team at Pittie Group. This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of contract manufacturing activities for our diverse businesses in the FMCG industry. As a Manager - Planning & Contract Manufacturing, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal production planning, timely delivery of products, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in contract manufacturing and production planning
• Solid understanding of FMCG industry dynamics and manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in using ERP systems and other relevant software
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and mentor a team

• Develop and implement the overall contract manufacturing strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine the demand forecast and production requirements
• Establish strong relationships with external contract manufacturers and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of contract manufacturers to ensure optimal production output and cost efficiency
• Manage the end-to-end production planning process, including capacity planning, raw material procurement, and production scheduling
• Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to resolve any production-related issues
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement
