Job Summary . Manager - Payments - Ops & Service Job Purpose Reconciliation of PG transactions Monitoring PG transactions Creating process for handling process Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Reconciliation . Identify improvement projects and external changes related the project relating PG. . Reconciliation of PG related transactions. . Generate new ideas for better Project Mgmt. . Assist in overall preparation of overall project plan for execution of projects and prioritize projects based on requirements . Prepare monthly updates and reports on project status and progress to be shared with Head of Operations seek inputs on course correction 2. Settlement . Carrying out advance planning for resource mobilisation manpower deployment and rendering technical support. . Engage with Stakeholders viz Business Merchant Service & Project teams 3. Process management . Manage E2E Merchant Operations. . Work with IT to address all system issues. Identify workarounds/ solutions to drive greater efficiency. . Track metrics of how each merchant is performing. Identify issues as well as opportunities for driving higher performance . Merchant query resolution all India . Responsible for setting the SLAs and TAT for various processes . Managing the performance of the team as well as the processes . Ensure management is aware of risks and issues while providing options for remediation. . Meeting business and/or merchant/customer requirements for solution and process expectations. . Major Challenges - . Changes in Regulatory and legal requirement as this impacts the decision / changes to be made to the acquring processes. . Key Decisions / Dimensions - Following decisions are taken by the role: . Work with IT and business to implement all the projects . Drive process changes to improve efficiency of transactions with minimal cost impact Required Qualifications and Experience . a) Qualifications . MBA / Graduate . Detailed Process knowledge . Strong IT bent of mind b) Work Experience . Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in financial industry viz. Acquiring side . Strong project management and stakeholder management skills . Strong lending domain and process understanding . Prior experience in Card Acquring, PG acquring is preferred
