Job Description


Key Objective of the Job: 1. Developing operational strategy, Operational process design for partnership / Alliance products, Digital retail Loan products etc. ( PL, BNPL, EMI Cards, Products sourced through Co-lending/FLDG arrangement etc. )
2. Flair understanding of Digital Loan Operations processes, Performance metrices etc.
3. Engage with the stakeholders to drive Process improvement, re-engineering, and enhancements.
4. Stakeholder Management - Product, IT, Business, Ops, SLA partner and Outsourcing Partner.
5. Project Management – BRD writing, UAT and Process Improvement/Automation Major Deliverables:

  • SLA Management – TAT/Delivery
  • Timely implementation of Process/ Projects – as per Plan
  • Quality and productivity monitoring of the team
  • Compliance management as per policy/RBI regulation

Specialized job competencies:
  • Good knowledge of retail loan products including digital offering like BNPL, EMI card, Digital Loans etc.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Flexible, self-driven and Proactive
  • Strong Stakeholder management and Project Management skills
  • Ability to handle mid-sized team

Desired Experience: 8-10 years
Other desired attributes:
  • Good communication skills
  • Good negotiation skill & presentation
Educational Qualification: PG/MBA
