Job Title: Team Lead - Operations / Associate Manager - Operations- BPS Experience: 4 + Years Education & Shift Time: 15 years of regular education, flexible to rotational shifts -Open for US Night shifts , Flexible W/OFFS (Graduation Must) Hyderabad/Bangalore Minimum Exp -4-6years service for US clients Experience working in a HR Outsourcing/PEO environment is an added advantage Min 1 year on paper as Team Leader in any reputed BPO for Voice/ NonVoice Process Excellent client-facing and communication skills Should have hands on experience in handling shrinkage, attrition, SLA, team management Great interpersonal and communication skill Must Skills:- We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Team Leader to join our team! As our Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising, leading, managing, and motivating the operations associates. Set clear team goals and KPIs Handle team issues, manage Roster and keep attrition under control Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance Do regular performance evaluation Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere Monitor team performance and report on metrics Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Plan and organize team-building activities
