A leader who is a subject matter expert in IT Recruitment. You shall frontend with a variety of Clients, while mentoring and leading a team of Recruiters & Senior Recruiters. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 10 - 12 Recruiters/Sr. Recruiters. Responsible for Revenue Targets for the whole team. Subject matter expert in IT Recruitments. Frontend with 15+ Clients as the SPOC and otherwise. Daily task allocation to the team along with delivery schedules. Training and mentoring of the Team members on a daily basis. Track and monitor daily tasks and CV production numbers. Schedule and manage daily Interviews and weekend drives. Job postings on the Skillety platform and other job boards. Mass Mailers initiation as per need. Attend Client meetings and events when required. Maintain updated data and status on the ATS at all times. Follow and ensure strict adherence to the Processes and SOPs of the organisation. Achieve the Team targets on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis. Report to the General Manager - Operations.
