1. Strong data analytics skills. Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools will be a plus (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik)2. Strong technical background in DB- Oracle database (SQL & PL SQL knowledge must)3. Hands-on experience in Python or Java development.4. Ability to take ownership and make technical decisions on software development projects5. Strong can-do attitude and organizational skills with great attention to detail6. Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills7. Demonstrated leadership and management skills8. Knowledge on SRE concepts would be an added advantage.1. Perform data analysis and provide detailed recommendations to get process improvement across LOB with focusing on creating capacity within the org through right placement of work, elimination, or automation.2. Connect with senior stakeholders within Production management space to demonstrate the service management efficiency projects3. Regular senior management updates with an effective scoreboard.4. Create crisp and clear presentations skills with details on the working model and recommendations.5. Able to communicate technical terminology at the appropriate level to the audience and Coding skills would be an advantage.6. Work closely with LOB teams to plan and deliver solutions, managing dependencies on other teams7. Identify and drive automation of manual, regular tasks by understanding business needs and leveraging the available platforms8. Recommend and oversee process improvements9. Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.10. Applies in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.11. Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.12. Ensure close governance and tracking of milestones to align deliverables and timelines to team requirements13. Excellent communication skills to influence a wide range of internal audiences.14. Active involvement in and ownership of Project items, covering Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives.15. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
