Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Close follow up with all OpEx work streams and functions to drive the continuous improvement across the operations and ensure milestones are delivered as per plan .
- Responsible for visual updates of metrics through coordination with stakeholders.
- Support in OSW implementation, RCA Approach, MOS ,FLL program launch, change management plans roll out etc.
- Provide necessary support to site OpEx Manager on site Monthly Business Review process
- Coordinate & monitor various metrics (premium plant & global MBR) and putting into the database.
- Provide necessary support in driving OpEx culture at site.
- Networking with other Sites / Functions and benchmarking to exchange knowledge and good practices
- Drive various OpEx initiative like SHINGO , OpEx Maturity assessment , Continuous Improvement Days celebration and other programs
