B.TECH/B.E
Areas of expertise required: Hands-on experience using modern Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods (LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma,TQM) Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage, Direct, Control and Improve Manufacturing process in Plant 2. Carry out time study, capacity planning and layout optimization work to improve the material flow in shop floor 3. Monitoring OEE and initiate OEE improvement projects 4. Initiate and develop creative and innovative manufacturing processes 5. Deploying various methodologies to analysis processes and recommending modification to reduce rejections, improve operating Efficiency, control variability, cost and reduce cycle time 6. Provide feedback and support as needed to Managers, supervisors and responsible associates regarding CI activities and coach/facilitate/train events 7. Planning of new machines, execution of strategic projects as per the timeline Skills & Competencies: i Technical: Autocad knowledge to work on plant layouts ii Generic: Good interpersonal skills
