Job Family Descriptor Minimum 5 years\' experience in providing 1st and 2nd line monitoring and incident management in a 24/7 Network Operations Center. Strong communication skills both written and verbally Experience working on projects or activities as a contributing team member. Good in Linux Experience on monitoring tools Networking Fundamentals: You should have a solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, SNMP, and wireless networking. Experience with Telecommunications (3gpp / 4g). IoT Fundamentals. (nice to have). Knowledge gap can be improved with the proper attitude and culture to excelin this environment
