Inviting applications for the role of Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Network Build

In this role, you will lead and own the technical delivery of IT network projects. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and driving approved projects to improve and/or add to the IT landscape

Your role will function as an overlay of existing technical and domain experts and bring value through disciplined sales pursuit and solution management skills.

You will be expected to be focused on BFS industry\xe2\x80\x99s realities and pain points and know how to solve these using analytics and technology.

Responsibilities

• Work on RFP\xe2\x80\x99s, RFx to provide network solutions & pricing
• Enterprise network design and implementation
• Cloud network design and implementation [AWS, Azure, Google]
• Technical point of contact with different stakeholders - Solutions team, project managers, customer\xe2\x80\x99s technical teams and internal technical teams
• Understand business requirement, define & validate project scope and SOW
• New technology market study, its evaluation, vendor/product comparison
• Conduct PoC of new products/solutions, production implementation
• Vendor management
• Lead mid to large network infra migration projects [including cloud migrations]
• Change management, problem management
• Support and guide peers, training, knowledge transfer
• Network solution documentation, architecture diagrams, presentation
• Identify risk and improvement opportunities and work on mitigation

Qualification we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in [B. E, B.Tech, Computer Science or equivalent]
• Solid knowledge of network principles (routing, switching, security) and practices
• Experience on routers, firewalls and switches and usage of network tools monitoring
• Hand on experience in network design: LAN, WAN, Internet, MPLS, IPSEC, SDWAN
• Hands on experience in cloud network design and migration [AWS, Azure, Google]

Preferred qualifications

• Cisco certification CCNA / CCNP
• AWS, Azure cloud certification
• Firewall certifications, Cisco/PA
• Previous experience in a multinational company would be an advantage
• Prior significant exposure to top management interactions both internally and externally
