We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for analytical and passionate program managers to join our young team. If you\xe2\x80\x99re passionate about solving the right problems, can think from first principles and love to hustle to get things executed, we want to talk to you!

Requirement:

• • 4+ years experience in Consumer-Tech Program Management, and/or Strategy Consulting.
  • Strong comfort with data and ability to stitch stories and recommendations through data insights
  • Self-starter, hustler - we work at a very rapid pace
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a cross functional team
  • Ability to communicate, and connect with people across teams and levels (Stakeholder Management)
  • End to End Ownership: Strong Project management skills to own initiatives end to end

Key responsibilities

• • You will be responsible for driving key Jupiter products to create an impact
  • Partner with multiple internal stakeholders and drive high-impact projects
  • Build a scientific approach that reduces guesswork with strong correlation between inputs and outputs
  • Drive the experience monitoring methodology - KPIs, dashboards and drive execution through metrics. Program-manage continuous improvement across each of them
  • Develop a deep understanding of the need gaps and identify new initiatives, new business areas/ products that can have a significant needle moving impact on Jupiter products and strongly influence business roadmaps

Brownie Points:

• • Prior experience in Startups, Consulting or General Management, preferably in consumer-facing industries
  • Fluency with data analysis and insights, SQL, Google Sheets, Microsoft
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve worked in FinTech before :)
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve studied at a top engineering or B-school
