Role Profile:

INTEGRATED EXECUTION very simply summarized is the discipline of ensuring our ambition matches the ability to execution the market. The role is responsible for driving execution through integration of all the core capabilities working together through a lens of ICC to achieve a precise and targeted business plan in 2023.

Work Focus: The Role holder works very closely with the Commercial Team to devise a plan of "how to win through the ICC as a growth catalyst. Execution is what moves the needle of growth. Execution is the right fusion and leverage of multiple capabilities like RTM, RED, Storytelling, Partners, Segmentation, Channels, Digital etc. The capabilities needed to win are chosen selectively, based on category and competitive dynamics to get it right for ICC MWC 2023, as a growth catalyst.

Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible to make growth opportunities more actionable from RGM perspective, system-wide, end-to-end, multi-disciplinary approach that enables us to win at the point of sale by creating superior value chains for all ICC viewers across the geographies of all the matches.

The role holder is responsible for maximizing value by sustainably providing superior in-store /at venue execution of the PicOS improved by a highly engaged, motivated and disciplined sales force/on ground team

Break down the market by regions, areas and clusters. Design OBPPC and channel strategy: potential vol., revenue, net sales, transactions, cooler expansion uplift etc.

Allocate Resources based on segmentation, focused CDE allocation plan, segmented approach to activation and merchandising

Help divide the RTM strategies during ICC depending only the Market type and should be able to sense demand, shape demand and service demand in the host towns/cities and states

Keep a close tab on RED to incentivize superior execution through the game period Specific to ICC

ICC Readiness Spocs in Bottling partner/game venues

Capability Managers in the Bottling partner locations

Key Skills & Experience:

Good Understanding of Coca Cola Integrated Execution principles and strong commercial understanding

Good System Understanding

Prior experience of working in the network

Prior working in the Commercial or bottling team

8-10 years of experience

Event Management/Large Scale Events experience preferred
