Manager-Merger Divestment Acquisition
We are hiring for the role of Manager MDA (Merger Divestment Acquisition) with minimum 8 years of experience for Delhi location with a reputed company.
Qualification Required: BE & MBA
Roles:
1) Reviewing & Analyzing Financial models to project future cash flows to support decision-making for bids by management and rising of funds/facilities for projects.
2) Finalization of financing agreements, security creation, appointment of various stakeholders (viz. Lenders' Legal Counsel, Lenders' Insurance Advisor, etc.) in order to attain Financial Closure for new projects.
3) Liaise with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund-based finance to meet working capital requirements, at best possible costs.
4) Relationship management with lenders to ensure regular updating of events/progress of projects and timely disbursements.
