: We are mandated to hire a marketing manager for our International Client who is a market leader in India. Looking to hire a marketing manager with an exceptional understanding of the Bangalore market and who can drive brand marketing for their stores in Bangalore.

Description :

The key responsibilities of the role entail :

1. Lead Retail marketing management and customer loyalty for the Bangalore market.

2. Strategies and drive implementation of strategies to increase customer traffic and drive store footfall.

3. Spearhead store marketing functions to increase average bill value.

4. Conduct market research to analyse consumer behaviour.

5. Develop and implement marketing communications to communicate with the customers.

6. Drive store management and work cross-functionally to grow the revenue for offline and online stores.

Profile :

Description of a successful candidate :

1. 8+ years of retail (Consumer Durable, Home Improvement, Furniture, and Luggage) experience in the Bangalore market.

2. Has built brand marketing, PR, and marketing strategies to drive store footfall, increase store visitation, and increase average bill value.

3. Experience in Retail management and Customer Loyalty program.

4. Experience in Marketing communication to implement local marketing strategies.

5. Must have CRM and Customer Loyalty Club knowledge.

6. Exceptional Communication skills.
