Job Description


Objective Responsible to develop, steer and implement a holistic Trade Marketing Activation plan for B2B and retail, all in accordance with guidelines and our strategic business plan. The position\xe2\x80\x99s main responsibility is to increase demand with supply chain partners like our existing distributors and retailers. The focus is also to appoint new distributors and retailers across India in all our segments / product line-up. The position is expected to develop and implement well thought-out strategies (product launch, loyalty program, etc.) that increases success rate and brand perception. This position will also be in charge of retail VM concept / soft shops / fixtures and fairs. Responsibilities 1. Lead the overall trade marketing plans with directional support from Heads of Sales and Marketing departments in order to maximize company business 2. Overall responsibility of Visual Merchandising concept \xe2\x80\x93 execution and monitoring. 3. Ensure execution and commercial impact of JGH marketing concepts 4. Cultivate programs that ensure product sell-in and sell-out in B2B and own stores 5. Be in charge of the seasonal trade marketing plans and strategies 6. Ensure proper customer relationship management together with the Sales Head in each territory / location. 7. Ensure Sales Team members are trained in VM and adhere to set-up norms. 8. Implement and continuously develop store concept improvements 9. Be in charge of full fixture programs \xe2\x80\x93 development, testing and implementation 10. Be in charge of packaging concepts in order to maximize sell-out at point of sale 11. Define window and soft shop guidelines (as per approved plan) 12. Coordinate and support windows and soft shops implementation together with the Marketing responsible in each Market 13. Full responsibility for Trade Marketing Budget 14. Lead /support the execution and communication of tradeshows (as per approved plan) 15. Capture and translate shopping trends, set targets and evolve new concepts Requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Experience: Minimum 10 years of trade marketing experience in innerwear / garment industry. \xef\x82\xb7 Should be a strategic thinker \xe2\x80\x93 who can paint the big picture with an eye for details \xef\x82\xb7 Able to build relationship across all spectrums of retail and wholesale business segment \xef\x82\xb7 Strong understanding of the distribution channels for the industry. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong track record of stakeholder management and collaboration skills \xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated negotiation and monitoring skills in managing 3rd party vendors \xef\x82\xb7 Ideal with good market know how in both Mass and Lifestyle segment. \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor / Masters in marketing or/and trade /commerce Job Type: Full-time Salary: 92,800,000.00 - 93,300,000.00 per year Schedule:
