Group Manager Marketing Communications
We are looking for a Group Manager to orchestrate, manage and supervise all the activities of the Marcom team
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor\'s/PG degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 10-15+ years of relevant work experience in Marcom at a B2B IT services company with excellent team management and collaboration skills.
- Plan and execute 360-degree communication campaigns including organic & paid campaigns (on platforms such as LinkedIn) to generate prospects and MQLs - aligned with the business goals of geo heads across US, Europe and APAC
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences using marketing automation tools such as Hubspot or similar
- Strategic bent of mind with experience and ability to initiate and execute brand & communication strategy.
- Expert in being a strategist/catalyst in creation and distribution of content including blogs, ebooks, emails
- Skilled in crafting key brand proposition, messaging and express them through business documents and presentations such as corporate decks
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, content creation, and SEO/SEM.
- Strong writing and creative skills with the ability to produce or evaluate engaging and persuasive content.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the website is up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, geo heads, practice heads, sales, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives
