Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for maintenance & upkeep of Plant machines & facilities.
- Positive work attitude, implementing change processes and set high standards in daily work.
- To look after production break down activities.
- Preventive maintenance planning.
- Monitoring machine health based on MTBF (Mean time between failures) principles.
- Analyzing machine interruptions in scientific way
- Maintaining & ensuring availability of machine spare parts & advance planning for critical spares.
- Ensuring & supporting production team in productivity improvement measures.
- Follow work instructions / checklists and other required documentation at all stages.
- Monitor and analyze PM reports, work orders and optimize effective PM procedure, planning & scheduling.
- Manage and control the spare parts inventory as well as the spare parts store
- Source spare parts available in the market at the lowest price.
- Identification of new technology and implementation.
- Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance & Troubleshooting-
- Preventive, Predictive, Target Base and Break down Maintenance planning and activities.
- Responsible for Power Saving Jobs, Projects, Modification Works.
- Adhere to POKA-YOKE, 5S, documentation.
- Carrying out Why-Why/Root-Cause/Break Down analysis.
- Knowledge of Siemens CNC (840D and 840Dsl), PLC, Drive, HMI
- Good manpower management skills.
- Cost consciousness - Knowledge of programming / Troubleshooting Siemens PLC, SCADA.
- Spare parts and inventory management.
Good knowledge of Auto Cad and designing of electrical drawing.
Maintained Maintenance Systems by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going
Maintenance, testing programs, scheduling repairs, coordinating shut-downs and Installations plan.
Maintaining power management and try to reduce its consumption with help 5S, poka yoke, kaizen tc.
Planning & implementation of preventive maintenance as per schedule and ensuring breakdown.maintenance with minimum down time.
