Publicis Sapient is looking for a Manager of Learning & Talent Development to join our team of bright thinkers and doers.

Your Impact:

Learning need Identification- Identify any new need from the concerned business stakeholders and recognize the impact to be created by the need, these needs are primarily for Craft/Technology Learning programs

  • Learning Need Curation
  • Help the Stakeholder understand the Learning landscape and help creating learning offering for their teams
  • Understand the Learning landscape and join the dots for the new need as needed
  • Curating and structuring new learning programs using learning resources at hand (SME sessions, Online portals like Udemy etc)
  • Stakeholder Management - Experience in driving and managing conversations with leads, SMEs
  • Using LMS(Marcel Classes) effectively for all Learning programs
  • Learning metrics reporting, Status Reporting, as per cadence
  • Vendor conversations, Working with Learning Operations team and Procurement team to secure right vendor trainers
  • Team Management, mentoring team members
  • Build relationships and collaborate with other supporting teams like Admin/Transport etc
  • Monitoring work allocation and day to day operations, ensuring timely completion of work and consistent use of processes
  • Managing Learning events
  • Process improvements as needed
Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:
  • Total experience of at least 8-9 years including 3-4 years experience in dealing with Craft/Technology Learning Programs
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Strong daily operations tracking and reporting / dash-boarding
  • Team management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
