Highlight the Common Issues and its proper resolutions
Preparation of Training Document and share with Warehouse Users and strict Process adherence.
Preparation of various MIS reports and then Monitoring for timely execution of Transactions
Trouble shoot the transactional issue via screen sharing.
Educate transformation issues and reduced the repeated issues.
Maintain the reporting of issues and classify as per NSS for further analysis and planning.
Weekly NSS status report to share with NSS Lead.
Coordinate with the Vodafone SAP Technical Team for L2 incidents.
Follow up on incidents assigned to Technical team till closure.
To perform all kind of UAT-BRC and Regression Testing
L1 Support to be provided for NSS end to end transactions
Subject matter expertise within SAP MM/EWM and SCM tools
Change management experience
Testing and documentation experience
