Job Description
1) Candidate must have IR knowledge 2) Able to deal with general public, Government officials & clinet 3) Liaising with Labour department officials 4) Bale to mobilize workmen for the project 5) Able to handle situation like pandemic, flood 6) Bale to handle labour strike 7) Act fast during Accident 8) always alert at site 9) Control over Labour movement 10) Must have deep knowledge about Labour Laws 11) Ability to handle visit of LEO/ALC/DLC 12) To ensure statutory compliances implemented 13) Able to tackle any local issues arises at site 14) To maintain good repo with site execution team 15)to maintain cordial relation with Cluster /H.Q 16) Must have computer knowledge about tally or ERP 17)Must have negotiation skills 18) Qualification under graduation with MSW is added advantage 19) Ability to adopt new technologies 14 ) Ability to learn 15) Easily approachable 16) Easily adjustable to any condition 17) willing to work in any location
