Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - 3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) \xe2\x80\xa2 Hub branch \xe2\x80\x93 CSB & create beat plan for CSB+ branches \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure branch relationship management to generate leads for partner RM \xe2\x80\xa2 Lobby management \xe2\x80\x93 Tap walk-in customers in CSB+ branches to generate LI & GI volumes for the branches \xe2\x80\xa2 Use supervisor rights on CRM portal to monitor lead utilizations & dispositions by partner RM\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\xa2 Support Contest & R&R drives through the branch team \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with partner RM\xe2\x80\x99s for policy issuance & branch team for pending resolutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Take part in the morning huddle for the branch & discuss on Insurance products prospects lead status \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage partner RM\xe2\x80\x99s to participate in branch huddle for any pending issue resolution \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver self productivity target designated as per branch mapping \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate cluster meet in alignment with the partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure partner mix delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate leads from cashier teams across branches & ensure self closure \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure 100% branch visits every week for branch & cashier activation




Required Qualifications and Experience
