Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Manage engagement with stakeholders at 800+ BFL branches to drive Insurance cross sell Align internal stakeholders - ZOM
xqyqz ROM and AOM on business number delivery Manage relationship with multiple insurance partners and align partner sales team on achieving AOP numbers Maintain LOB wise mix xqyqz partner product mix and Issuance TAT Ensuring stakeholder MIS and contest MIS are being published on time Drive Branch / Cashier activation and productivity Drive POS and SP certifications across rural teams to ensure adherence to IRDA compliance Liaison with Finance team for reporting and reconciling month end numbers Drive and monitor - cashier lead conversions xqyqz branch walk-in conversions and SFDC data conversions Coordinate with internal COE team for capability development Liaison with Data analytics team to design and execute data campaigns to improve conversions Continuously monitor to identify and streamline gaps to improve process efficiencies Execute R&R for the ops team xqyqz announce contest results across Urban and Rural and deliver GVs up to the last mile 4.
Required Qualifications and Experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications ? MBA or Graduate b) Work Experience 5-7 years of Insurance Industry experience preferably in Agency / DST channel.
