We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insight Manager to join our Insight team in Abbott\'s Established Pharmaceutical Division in India. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and translating data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and support strategic initiatives. Success will be driving actionable insights to leadership and marketing teams while collaborating with market research companies to enhance our insights and capitalizing on the wealth of data. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the healthcare industry, high levels of collaboration, great analytical skills, and the ability to communicate and influence effectively. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Translate market insights into actionable strategies. Omnichannel Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to provide data-driven insights that enhance omnichannel marketing strategies, focusing on differentiating our brands in the healthcare landscape. Brand Differentiation: Work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that differentiate our brands in a competitive market, leveraging data to identify unique value propositions. Collaboration with Market Research Companies: Partner with external market research firms to gather additional industry intelligence, driving deeper insights and supporting strategic decision-making. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align insights with business goals and enhance decision-making processes. Success Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor metrics to evaluate the success of implemented strategies and initiatives. Data, MRS and Process Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements, contributing to the development of data governance policies. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to make insights - faster, better, and more effective Competency - Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Analytics, Healthcare Management). Proven experience in data analysis and insights generation, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
