Job Title Manager- Impex- Customer SupportJob title: Manager- Impex- Customer SupportYour role:

• Responsible for Day-to-Day operation of Import and Export activities
• Manage the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process
• Plan and implement import/export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization
• Coordination with Custom House Agents for ensuring timely clearances and effective transport solutions at reasonable costs
• Interfacing with shipping agencies and freight forwarders for selection of vessels & conducting negotiations for finalizing freight rates to optimize transportation costs & ensure damage free transit of goods

• Experienced in Supply chain co-ordination for Export & Merchant Trade activities.

• Experienced in handling break-bulk, project cargo, dangerous cargo etc.
• Knowledge in import and export related accounting formalities & audit compliances
• Obtaining duty free authorization / scripts from Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) under various schemes of Foreign Trade Policy viz. EPCG, DEEC, Deemed export benefits.
• Handling preparation & maintenance of various import/export documents viz., contracts, agreements, fixture notes with shipping lines, freight forwarders etc, as per the rules and regulations
• Collaboration with all parties (Planning, Warehouse / Factory Operations team, Customer Service, Sales) to ensure delivery of plan and visibility to all stake holders.
• Should possess good Analytical & Negotiation Skills. Should have complete knowledge of Contract finalization with all channel partners like, Custom Brokers, Freight Forwarders, and Transport vendors Liaising with internal & external stakeholders.

• SAP Cadence
• Update / Maintain import export related Master data in SAP
• Compliance
• Eway Bill Processing
• DG Goods Handling and 360 Reporting
• Correct HSN declared in customs
• Daily 6s Review and Maintenance
• Participate in internal & external audit meet the compliance requirement
• Actively participate & motivate team for Kaizen initiative
• FEMA documentation part for non-confirming material
• No. Critical finding in ISO , EMS , EHS , PH & FDA audits
