Role Proficiency: Ensure highest standards of Logistics & Hospitality Services are provided to UST Global Clients during their visit to our facility. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers and vendors. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the team. Innovate and digitalize the customer experience function

Outcomes: * Coordinate activities with respect to client visits and also take care of accommodation for employees while they travel

  • Prepare and maintain budgets
  • Attention to detail and forward thinking

  • Negotiate Corporate deals PAN India
  • Supervise the team

Outputs Expected: Client Visits: * Prepare budget based on client visit agenda and specific requirements provided by the account
  • Execute client visit in line with the budget; ensuring all deviations are captured with reason
  • Ensure all preparations are done in line with the identified requirements
  • Execute client visits with high NPS levels
  • Keep track of client visit specifics in portal
Vendor Management and Payment: * Ensure vendor payments are made on time and in compliance with UST defined processes
  • Work with Global Purchase Team to identify vendors who will meet logistics requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with the identified vendors
  • Build Metrics and score card for vendors and rate them on their services & value adds provided
Other Responsibilities: * Help with conducting company events
  • Determine the top factors that influence Customer Satisfaction at specific employee levels (who use accommodation during travel)
  • Build and maintain relationships with Hotels and assess them on the factors that influence Customer Satisfaction at specific employee levels
  • Perform any other duties or tasks consistent with the level and position and as directed by the manager.
  • Must be able to relocate as needed by the company
