Understand manpower requirements based on expansion plans and connect with potential candidates to identify apt talent to improve density of skill on a continuous basis.
Ensure all human capital costs and budgets are adhered to and value proposition is not compromised upon.
Identify best solutions and practices that will yield results for the organization.
Build a strong network of talent to source candidates, interview assessment, onboarding & MIS reporting creating a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage ATS, HRMS on daily basis, ensuring information management is top notch.
Strong understanding and working knowledge of compliance and labour laws.
Seamlessly manage all activities from sourcing to separation with accuracy & timeliness.
