What You\'ll Do Understand the current culture of the firm and be a custodian of it for all employeeInteractions Design and deliver focused solutions around employee experience and team building Responsible for employee onboarding and induction at location Conduct employee connects and provide a BP pulse to stakeholders Execute various centrally established initiatives at a location and business unit level Boost employee engagement and improve over all employee satisfaction scores related to fun and engagement Ideate and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities at a location and business unit level Executing on the ground operations and be the go-to person for all people related queries for a particular business Analyze and create various reports that can be used to make effective decisions Be a change agent and challenge all existing process to make them better and moreagile What You\'ll Need 4-8 years of experience in HR with exposure to BP role and hands on experience in conducting employee engagement initiatives A well-defined interest in HR and Employee Engagement is essential, as is intermediate proficiency in the use of standard MS OFFICE such as PowerPoint and Excel Knowledge and understanding of best practices in employee engagement An enthusiastic attitude toward Employee engagement A genuine interest for communication and stakeholder experience Strong and mature command of English, both verbal & written A self-starter by nature, you will be highly meticulous in your approach, as well as displaying team spirit, a quick intellect and finely honed planning and organizational skills Excellent in quantitative aptitude, analytical skills as well as demonstrated passion to achieve results Flexibility is considered equally important, together with the ability to prioritize and the capacity to allocate your working hours as efficiently as possible Arcesium and its affiliates do not discriminate in employment matters on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, age, military service eligibility, veteran status, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or any other category protected by law.
