Job Role:
- The Business HR will be responsible for Talent acquisition, On boarding,
- Employee relations, Talent retention and Engagement, etc
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Fill Ratio - Actual Vs Budgeted headcount adherence of fill rate at stores
- Compliance to Budget - Actual Vs Budgeted adherence of manpower costs
- No of positions hired and retained in the past one year
Employee Life Cycle:
- Employee On Boarding through HOT ; As per Existing KRAs
- Employee Engagement at Stores ; Performance against objectives as detailed earlier
- Exit Management Process ; As per existing KRAs
