We are looking for an experienced HR Analytics who will be the \xe2\x80\x9cgo-to-person\xe2\x80\x9d in the team for HR analytics and reporting related matters and play a pivotal role in the delivery of related services to a wide range of stakeholders
You will be a valued thought partner for stakeholders within the HR organization and the business; an expert problem solver utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods to get things done. Workforce planning \xe2\x80\x93 Budgeting and forecasting
Lead the execution and development of the annual Staff Cost budget, as well as the execution of quarterly forecasts for decision making. Coordinating and agreeing on delivery dates that allows the delivery of accurate, complete and timely information, after completing all internal reviews.
Carry out different analyses to validate the reasonableness of the budgets at the country/region and global level, to ensure that these values reflect the situation of the organization.
Perform constant analysis in the budget execution, to identify unexpected variations as well as identify the root causes and carry out action plans. To keep Human Resources management informed of the current status, as well as provide an expected forecast.
Develop tools to monitor budget execution, which allow analysis at a level of detail that facilitates providing answers to the questions received.
Being the main contact for all Regional and Global Finance questions, providing answers in a structured and outlined way with the level of detail necessary to support the comments.
Provide advice to countries on the best way to manage the budget, as well as identify areas for improvement in establishing the annual budget based on lessons learned from previous years.

Data Analysis \xe2\x80\x93 knowing how to find the answers, identify trends and predict future results
Explores data within multiple files to determine trends and correlations between variables
Recommends best practices or processes
Use statistical analysis to discover the real influencers vs. what are simply data points
Creates and manages complex ad hoc reports, using insights from data exploration to build comprehensive reports with visualizations and insights
Can visually or textually display the data in ways that are meaningful to the end-user
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or another field that uses quantitative analysis or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of experience within a HR or Finance function
3+ years experience with advanced reporting and calculated fields
Experience with analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Workday Prism
Solid experience with regression analysis and other statistical modelling techniques
Familiarity with data warehouses, SQL and the ability to query and transform data from multiple sources
Experience owning complex projects involving multiple teams
Experience managing relationships with stakeholders and addressing audiences at different levels
