Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- HR Analytics for the Engagement & Experience COE!
In this role, you shall be responsible for developing & owning end to end Genpact HR metrics data reporting, insights generation, best practices benchmarking. driving automation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare HR dashboards across teams on all critical HR metrics and share insights, trends analysis, best practices and industry benchmarking
- Transform manual reporting to automated dashboards
- Advanced knowledge of excel and Power BI
- Manage Adhoc reporting and support business requests for business and senior leadership reviews
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior relevant work experience in HR analytics
- Power BI - intermediate knowledge
