Finance Operation Manager

This is a full-time Financial Operations Manager role that requires an on-site presence at our Bangalore office. The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting with financial operations and reporting. Primary responsibilities include financial forecasting, billing management, strategic financial accounting, commission tracking, and more. You will be a key member of our growing team and report directly to our C-suite regarding budget, revenue, target, and commission matters. You\'ll also conduct data analysis and guide our C-suite in strategic financial and non-financial matters. This is an exciting hands-on role with c-suite contact and significant opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

- Assist C-suite with general financial operations and reporting across our UK and India teams

- Support our external Accounting Team with P& Ls, Balance Sheets, etc

- Manage staff, contractor, and referral partner commissions

- Provide weekly sales, revenue, and cost reporting to management

- Strategically analyze transactional data to identify opportunities for revenue growth

- Monitor billing collections and minimize bad debt risk where possible

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in finance operations and reporting within a top-tier Bank, consulting firm, or leading FinTech or Tech Startup

- Analytical skills, with the ability to process data and identify trends and patterns

- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with external stakeholders

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with softwares such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker would be an asset
